local businesses publish no website.

Measured over 1,036,929 records across 241 scrapes, read 5 September 2026: 31.1% of the listings a Google Maps sweep returns have no site of their own. It is not one big run skewing the mean - the median scrape sits at 30.7%, and half of all scrapes fall between 26.9% and 35.8%. A page on Facebook or Yelp is not counted as a website - it is what a business with no website has instead of one.

Method: count(*) filter (where website is null or btrim(website) = '') / count(*) over the engine's stored leads. Every figure on this page is stamped with the day it was read, never the day it was published.

Three lists, three pitches. Each one is a filter, and each filter has a price.

Businesses with no website

Web design, Google Business Profile, SEO and ads agencies

Website: none. A Facebook or Yelp page does not count as a website, so these are businesses with no site of their own.

Reputation, review-generation and local-SEO agencies

Rating and review count come with every record. Add the reviews themselves at 0.02 credits each, up to 1,000 a listing, when the pitch needs what customers actually wrote.

Read 5 September 2026 over the same 1,036,929 rows. Across every scrape, 50% of the rows gathered were billed; the rest were stored and never charged, because they did not match what the order asked for.

Four steps, about three minutes. No code, no file to upload, no coordinates.

1

Pick the niche

Roofers, dentists, med spas, HVAC - 410 niches, or several at once for one list.

2

Pick the area

A city, a metro, a whole state or province. The map shows where you have already scraped, and a business we recognize as one you already have, from any earlier scrape in any niche, is skipped free rather than sold to you twice.

3

Set the filters

No website, phone type, owner name, minimum Google reviews - each priced per business, and the price updates as you toggle them. Review scraping is an add-on, priced per review. You see the total before you pay.

4

Watch it fill, export the CSV

Rows land as the scrape runs. Stop it early if you have enough; the unused credits come back.

What a row holds. The columns in every CSV, so you know what you are buying before you buy it.

Every column, and what fills it
Company nameThe name on the Google Maps listing
Phone number and line typeThe number as listed, and its line type - mobile, landline, VoIP or toll-free - on any order that filtered by it
Owner nameWhen you bought the owner lookup: the confirmed name, or the row is not delivered
Address, city, state, ZIPAs listed, with the postal area it was swept from
TimezoneThe listing's local zone, so a call list can be sorted by when the office opens
CategoryThe niche it was found under
WebsiteThe listing's own site, or none - aggregator pages are dropped, not counted as a site
Rating and review countThe star rating and the review count at the moment of the scrape
Email and statusWhen you bought the email finder: the address off the business's own site, and on a verified-email order its verification result
Scraped atThe moment the listing was read, so nothing in the file is older than the run
Google Place ID and Maps linkSo anyone on your team can check the listing in one click

What a list costs. Cheapest rung to dearest, one price in the US and Canada.

Four lists of 1,000, priced from the catalog

Businesses with no websiteWebsite: none1.2$19 to $70
Verified mobilesPhone type: mobile1$16 to $58
Verified mobiles at businesses with no websiteBoth2$32 to $116

Credits are reserved when you order and settled on what is delivered: a filter that rejects a business costs nothing, and whatever the scrape does not spend comes back. The range runs from the smallest one-time plan to the largest monthly one, and the pricing page has every rung.

Before you call.

Sort the CSV by state or province and check each jurisdiction's calling rules and hours before the first dial; the line-type column tells you which numbers are mobiles before you reach for one. Open with the thing you already know about them - the site they do not have, the rating they are stuck at - and not with your agency's name. We will publish a written compliance guide once counsel has reviewed it; until then this page makes no claim about what the law permits.

Questions agencies ask.

  • Decide what you sell, then build the list of businesses that visibly need it. An agency selling websites wants businesses that publish none - 31 in 100 do, in the 1,036,929 records we have measured. One selling reputation work wants low ratings and thin review counts. Leadity builds either list live from Google Maps for one niche in one area, with the owner's number, in minutes.

  • The same way, one step earlier: pick the niche your case studies are in, pick the metro you can name-drop, and filter to businesses with no website or with an owner on a mobile. A local list you can call today beats a national list you never will. Start with a few hundred rows and scale the niche that answers.

  • Work backwards from closes. If one call in twenty becomes a conversation and one conversation in ten becomes a client, a client costs about 200 dials. Two new clients a month is 400 verified mobiles, which is a list Leadity fills in an afternoon and prices at a few dollars a hundred. The numbers on this page are for the list; your own close rates decide the count.

  • Yes. Leadity sells 50 US states and 12 Canadian provinces, 30,851 postal areas in all, at one price. Pick the province the way you pick a state.

  • No. Nothing is scraped in advance and sold twice. Your list is scraped from Google Maps the moment you run it, which is why a business that opened last month is on it and one that closed last month is not. That is also why you can watch it fill.

  • Your own do-not-call records, the rules of the state or province you are calling into, and the calling-hours conventions there. Leadity classifies every number by line type so you know which are mobiles before you dial, and the CSV carries the state and ZIP so you can sort by jurisdiction. We will publish a written compliance guide once counsel has reviewed it.
