What Leadity is and who it is for.

Leadity is a live Google Maps lead scraper at leadity.io. You pick a trade and an area, Leadity searches Google Maps when you order, validates every phone number and gives you a CSV or Excel file, and you pay only for the leads that pass your filters.

Leadity is best for cold callers, agencies and B2B sellers who reach local business owners. It is not for data engineering: there is no public API yet.

Leadity is not the ESG software company at leadity.de, not leadity.ai, and not the sustainability product called leadity by fjol digital.

How it works About Leadity

What one Leadity lead costs.

A business record is 0.2 credit, from $3.20 per 1,000, and a carrier-verified mobile is 1 credit, from $16 per 1,000.

What one delivered lead costs, by what you ask for. Lowest prices, on the biggest plan.
LeadFrom, per 1,000CreditsFrom, per lead
Business record$3.200.2$0.0032
Carrier-verified mobile$161$0.016
Business with no website$11.200.7$0.0112
Verified mobile, no website$241.5$0.024
Verified mobile with the owner's name$563.5$0.0559
Email only$161$0.016
Verified email only$241.5$0.024

Prices are per delivered lead on the biggest plan, and a smaller plan pays more per credit. A credit costs from $0.016, up to 60% less on bigger plans than on the smallest.

Every filter adds a fixed amount to the 0.2 base:

FilterAdds per lead
Mobile only+0.8 credit (+$12.80 per 1,000)
No website+0.5 credit (+$8 per 1,000)
Owner name+2.5 credits (+$40 per 1,000)
Email only+0.8 credit (+$12.80 per 1,000)
Verified email+1.3 credits (+$20.80 per 1,000)
Niche match+0.5 credit
Minimum Google reviews+0.05 credit for 1+ reviews, up to +8 for 1,000+

Google reviews are an add-on at 0.02 credit a review, up to 1,000 reviews a business, from $0.32 per 1,000 reviews.

Leadity shows the total and a spending cap before every run, and never charges for a phone type you filtered out, an owner it cannot name, a site where you asked for none, an email it could not find, a business from another category or trade, one under your review minimum, or a business you already have.

The full rate card, with every filter and what costs nothing, is on the pricing page.

The four countries Leadity covers.

Leadity sells leads in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia: 82 states, provinces and regions and 47,786 postal codes.

Where each order is searched
CountryRegionsSearched by
US50 states40,693 ZIP codes
Canada12 provinces and territories; Prince Edward Island is not sold1,641 FSAs, the first three characters of a postal code
UK12 regions; the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey are out2,815 postcode districts
Australia8 states and territories2,637 four-digit postcodes

The UK and Australia went on sale on 4 October 2026. Prices do not differ by country, checkout is in US dollars only, and every filter can be ordered in all four countries.

Owner names are orderable in all four countries at the same price. No UK or Australian owner match rate has been measured.

Leadity's Q3 2026 Google Maps data (1 July to 30 September 2026) holds US and Canadian businesses only, because the UK and Australia went on sale after it closed.

The four counts add up to 47,786 postal codes, and an order runs one search for each one it covers.

The fields in every Leadity lead.

Each lead includes the business name, phone, address, time zone, category, website, rating and review count, and a link to the Google Maps listing.

Every column, and what fills it
ColumnWhat fills it
Company nameThe name on the Google Maps listing.
Phone numberThe number on the listing, plus its line type (mobile, landline, VoIP or toll-free) on any order that filtered by it.
Owner nameWith the owner lookup: a confirmed name, or no charge.
Address, city, state, ZIPAs shown on the listing.
Time zoneLocal time zone, so you call during business hours.
CategoryThe trade it was found under.
WebsiteThe business's own site, or none. Aggregator pages such as Facebook or Yelp are dropped, not counted as a site.
Rating and review countStars and number of reviews today.
EmailWith the email filter: the email from the business's own site, and on a verified order its check result.
Scraped atWhen we read the listing. Nothing is older than your order.
Google Maps linkCheck any listing in one click.

Filters add the line type, the owner's name, confirmed by independent sources, and an email read off the business's own site. Lists export as CSV or Excel.

How Leadity validates phone numbers.

Leadity validates every phone number in four steps: format, allocation, carrier lookup and line type.

  1. 01

    Check the number format

Leadity checks that the number follows the correct numbering format and standardizes it.

  2. 02

    Check the allocation

Leadity checks carrier data to confirm the number belongs to a valid, allocated numbering range.

  3. 03

    Look up the carrier

Leadity queries telecommunications datasets to identify the carrier associated with the number.

  4. 04

    Detect the line type

Leadity classifies the number as mobile, landline, VoIP, toll-free or other/unknown.

With the mobile-only filter on, 100% of the numbers delivered are mobiles. Anything else, whether landline, VoIP or toll-free, is left out and never billed.

Source: Leadity's own account of its phone validation, read 15 October 2026.

Duplicates and repeat businesses.

A finished Leadity list holds 0 duplicates.

While a scrape is still running, the live view can show a business more than once. The delivered list does not.

Duplicate handling is a setting on every order: skip businesses you already bought in the same niche, in every niche, or turn it off. Skipped businesses cost nothing.

Source: Leadity's app, read 16 October 2026.

The refund when a lead breaks a filter.

Any delivered lead that does not respect a filter you paid for is refunded in credits, plus 50% on top.

Filters that count include mobile only, the owner's name and a specific state. Message support at support@leadity.io and the credits come back to your balance.

Example: 1,000 Florida roofers, mobile only, with the owner's name, cost 3,500 credits at 3.5 each. If 100 are not mobiles or carry the wrong owner name, the buyer gets 350 credits back plus 175 on top, 525 credits in all.

A lead that fails a filter during the scrape is never delivered and never billed. An owner name that independent sources do not confirm is never delivered or billed.

Source: Leadity's refund rule, read 16 October 2026.

Owner names, no-website checks and speed.

Owner names are delivered only when independent sources agree, and a name Leadity cannot confirm is never delivered or billed.

Leadity's owner-name lookup confirmed an owner for 29.3% of 33,522 businesses checked between 15 and 30 September 2026.

With the no-website filter on, Leadity checks the Google Maps listing, the business's social media accounts and other online sources, and leaves out any business with a website posted anywhere.

The 35.9% no-website figure is a listing statistic, not a result of that filter. In Leadity's Q3 2026 Google Maps data (1 July to 30 September 2026), 35.9% of 2,782,509 businesses show no website on their listing.

The email filter reads each business's own website. 62.5% of 5,926 business websites checked between 16 and 30 September 2026 publish an email address.

Leadity scrapes about 40 ZIP codes a minute on average, and 1,000 records usually arrive in under 2 minutes when the location and niche are good.
