Email lists

Business email lists. Contractors and small businesses, with the address their own website publishes.

A Leadity email list is built when you order it. Pick a trade and a US or Canadian area, and every business Google Maps returns, except other trade groups, is checked for an address on its own website - only those publishing one are delivered and billed. A contractors email list of 1,000 costs $16 to $58, with the address on every row.

What 1,000 rows cost. Every row has an address, or it is not in the list.

FiltersWhat is deliveredPer recordFor 1,000
Email onlyBusinesses whose own site publishes an address, with the address1 credit$16 to $58
Verified email onlyThe same, and the address came back deliverable from the verifier1.5 credits$24 to $87
Email only, mobile onlyAn address, and a number the carrier record calls a mobile1.8 credits$29 to $104

For 1,000 delivered, from the largest plan to the smallest. A business that fails a filter you switched on is never delivered and never billed, so the sweep reads more of the map to fill the order and the rate pays for that.

How many can carry an address, by trade. The share that lists a website is the ceiling.

Counted over every record our Google Maps scrapes have returned for each trade, read 2026-09-25. An address is only ever read off the business's own site, so a business with no website cannot be on an email list at all. How many of the sites publish an address varies too, and a trade gets a measured rate here only once enough separate scrapes of it have been read; until then the page prints the ceiling alone. Each trade's own report is linked.

Where the addresses come from.

From the business's own website, and nowhere else. Nothing is guessed from a name and a domain: every address on the list is one the business published itself, and a person's address on its own domain is kept ahead of a shared one like info@. How the email scraper finds it - the pages it reads and the order it ranks them in - has its own page.

What each row holds. The email beside everything the listing carries.

Every column, and what fills it
Company nameThe name on the Google Maps listing
Phone number and line typeThe number as listed, and its line type - mobile, landline, VoIP or toll-free - on any order that filtered by it
Owner nameWhen you bought the owner lookup: the confirmed name, or the row is not delivered
Address, city, state, ZIPAs listed, with the postal area it was swept from
TimezoneThe listing's local zone, so a call list can be sorted by when the office opens
CategoryThe niche it was found under
WebsiteThe listing's own site, or none - aggregator pages are dropped, not counted as a site
Rating and review countThe star rating and the review count at the moment of the scrape
Email and statusWhen you bought the email finder: the address off the business's own site, and on a verified-email order its verification result
Scraped atThe moment the listing was read, so nothing in the file is older than the run
Google Place ID and Maps linkSo anyone on your team can check the listing in one click

Questions.

  • A list of businesses with an email address for each, usually one trade in one area, bought for outreach. Leadity builds its lists at the moment you order, from each business's own website, rather than selling rows out of a file collected earlier.

  • A data broker sells addresses out of a list it already holds, collected whenever it last collected them. Leadity builds yours when you order it: one trade, one area, every address read off the business's own website that day - from $16 to $58 for 1,000.

  • Sometimes. A person's address on the business's own domain is ranked above a shared one like info@, and at a small business that person is often the owner, but the list does not promise it. If you need the owner's name, add the owner lookup: a name is delivered only when independent sources agree on it.

  • On the Verified email only filter, yes: every address has to come back deliverable. A catch-all domain accepts any address, so a yes from one confirms nothing, and those are not delivered on a verified order. On Email only, the address is delivered as the business's site publishes it.

  • Yes. Pick a whole US state or Canadian province, or the areas inside one - 30,851 ZIP and postal areas across the 50 states and 12 provinces and territories. The list holds only the businesses in the areas you chose.

  • No. Each list is scraped from Google Maps when you order it rather than taken from a stored file, and you pay only for the businesses that pass your filters. It downloads as a CSV or an Excel file.
