The reviews add-on
Google Maps reviews scraper
Add review scraping to a Leadity order and it walks each listing's Google reviews - in two sort orders, merged, until Google has no more - up to 1,000 a listing, at 0.02 credit a review, 1 credit per 50. The reviews arrive as a second CSV beside the leads, and only the reviews delivered are billed.
What each review row carries. One row per review, in its own CSV.
| Phone Number | The business's number, so each review joins back to its lead |
|---|---|
| Company Name | The business the review is about |
| Rating | The reviewer's stars |
| Author | The reviewer's display name, as Google shows it |
| Review | The text, whole |
| Owner Reply | The business's answer, when it wrote one |
| Scraped At | When it was read |
| Review ID | Google's own identifier for the review |
How the walk works.
Google shows a listing's reviews a page at a time and in more than one order. The add-on reads them in two sort orders and merges the two, de-duplicated, until Google has no more to give or the listing reaches your maximum. It runs beside the scrape rather than in front of it: the leads are delivered on the ordinary path, and the reviews land in their own file as each listing finishes.
Questions.
Every review Google will return, up to 1,000 a listing. You set a minimum and a maximum on the order; a listing with no reviews at all is skipped rather than walked.
It decides which listings have their reviews walked, not which businesses you get. A business below your minimum is still delivered as an ordinary lead, just without its reviews - so a high minimum never shrinks the list itself. To get only businesses with many reviews, turn on the minimum Google reviews filter instead: a business whose listing shows fewer is never delivered or charged, and the filter is priced per delivered lead, from 0.05 credit more a lead at 1+ to 8 credits more at 1,000+.
A business with hundreds of reviews would not fit in one spreadsheet cell - Excel stops at 32,767 characters - so the reviews are one row each in their own CSV, joined to the leads by the phone number.
0.02 credit a review delivered, which is $0.32 to $1.16 per 1,000 reviews depending on the plan. The order reserves credits for your maximum and refunds whatever was not scraped when it settles.
No - reviews are an add-on to a scrape order, read for the businesses that order returns.
