The email filter

Google Maps email scraper

Leadity's email finder reads each business's own website - the homepage and up to two pages behind it - and keeps the best address it publishes: a person's address on the business's own domain first, then one like info@. Order email-only leads and a business with no address is never delivered or billed.

Two ways to order it. Both deliver only businesses with an address.

FilterWhat is deliveredPer leadIn dollars
Email onlyOnly businesses whose own site publishes an address, with the address1 credit$0.016-$0.058
Verified email onlyThe same, and the address has to come back deliverable from the verifier1.5 credits$0.024-$0.087

Per lead including the business record. Combine it with the other filters - only mobiles, the owner's name - and each is priced on top.

How it finds the address.

For every business the sweep returns, except the ones whose Google category puts them in another trade group, the finder opens the website on its listing and reads the homepage and up to two pages behind it - usually a contact page and an about page. It takes every address the site publishes, in a mailto link, in the page text or in its structured data, and keeps the best one: a person's address on the business's own domain first, then a shared one like info@ on it, then anything on another domain. The address arrives in an Email column, and on a verified order beside an Email Status.

Questions.

  • From the business's own website, and nowhere else: mailto links, addresses written into the page, contact details in its structured data. Nothing is guessed from a name and a domain, so every address was published by the business itself.

  • An address the verifier answers deliverable. A catch-all domain accepts every address, so a yes from one confirms nothing - those are not delivered on a verified order, and neither is an address the check could not answer.

  • Sometimes. A person's address on the business's own domain is ranked above a shared one like info@, and at a small business that person is often the owner. If you need the owner's name itself, that is its own filter.

  • No - the finder reads the business's own site, and 31.1% of local businesses on Google Maps publish none. On an email-only order they are simply not delivered, and not billed.

  • Per delivered lead: 1 credit for an email-only lead, 1.5 credits for a verified one, which is $16 to $58 or $24 to $87 for 1,000. The sweep reads several sites to fill one order, and the rate pays for that - a business we find no address for costs you nothing.
