What changed in October 2026?
One change in October 2026: every new account starts with 300 free credits.
| Date | What changed |
|---|---|
| 15 October 2026 | 300 free credits for every new account. Every new account now starts with 300 free credits, added automatically at sign-up. There is no card to enter and nothing to do, and 300 credits cover 1,500 business records or 300 carrier-verified mobiles. |
What changed in September 2026?
One change in September 2026: credits count in smaller units, at the same dollar price per lead.
| Date | What changed |
|---|---|
| 8 September 2026 | Credits now count in smaller units. A plain business record now costs 0.2 credits and a carrier-verified mobile costs 1 credit. What a lead costs in dollars did not change. |
What changed in August 2026?
Seventeen changes in August 2026, including ordering by filters, a new look for the app, validations and more from a finished scrape.
| Date | What changed |
|---|---|
| 28 August 2026 | Toll-free numbers get their own line type. Toll-free numbers used to be counted as landlines. Phone checks now name them as toll-free, so a landline-only order no longer includes them. |
| 28 August 2026 | More from a finished scrape. A finished scrape now offers the businesses it found but did not deliver. Choose a phone type and a website option to see how many match, then buy them without scraping again, along with owner names and phone types for rows you already hold. |
| 27 August 2026 | Custom orders, built from filters. A Custom order builds your list from filters, such as phone type, website, owner name, email and duplicate handling. Each filter adds its own price to the base business record, and the total shows before you run. |
| 26 August 2026 | A new look for the app. The dashboard now opens on a single box where you type what you want, such as roofing contractors in Texas, and the new scrape page opens with the trade and the state already picked. My Leads, Analytics, Referrals, Settings and Billing were redrawn as well. |
| 22 August 2026 | Change your sign-in email. Settings now lets you change the email you sign in with. The new address gets a link to confirm it, the old address gets a link to cancel, and the request expires after one hour. |
| 22 August 2026 | Pages respond as soon as you click. Switching between pages in the app now responds immediately. Each page shows its title and a loading state while its data arrives, instead of staying on the previous page. |
| 20 August 2026 | Analytics for the leads you hold. A new Analytics page maps the leads you already hold, showing how many trades you have covered in each state and, for one trade, how much of the state it reached. The map on the new scrape page now opens on where you have already worked. |
| 18 August 2026 | Choose which emails you get. Settings now lists every email Leadity sends and lets you turn each one off, or mute all the optional ones at once. Emails that keep you in control of your account, such as verification and password reset, stay on. |
| 18 August 2026 | One credit history. Billing now shows one credit history with purchases, scrapes, validations, bonuses, refunds and adjustments in a single list. Each scrape row carries the scrape's name, and every row shows whether credits went in or out. |
| 17 August 2026 | Excel and JSON files in Validations. Validations now reads .xlsx and .json files as well as CSV. Only the phone numbers or emails found in the file are used, so other columns are ignored. |
| 14 August 2026 | Chat with support inside the app. A chat window now sits inside the app, so you can message the Leadity team without leaving the page. You can attach images, and replies appear in the same window. |
| 12 August 2026 | Validations: check a list you already have. A new Validations page checks phone numbers and email addresses Leadity never scraped, up to 50,000 items per list. Each phone comes back with its line type, plus the carrier and the number's approximate home city and state, and each email comes back as able to receive mail or not. |
| 12 August 2026 | Google reviews and emails as add-ons. Two new add-ons join the new scrape page: Google reviews, up to 1,000 per business, and the best email found on each business's own website, with an optional deliverability check. Reviews download as their own file, as CSV or JSON. |
| 12 August 2026 | Choose how duplicates are handled. Duplicate handling is now a setting on the new scrape page. Skip businesses you already bought in the same niche, skip them across every niche, or turn skipping off to buy them again. |
| 11 August 2026 | Dark mode. The app now has a dark theme that follows your device by default. Appearance in Settings lets you pin light or dark. |
| 9 August 2026 | Canadian leads include a time zone. Leads in Canada now carry a time zone, so you can call during local business hours. Before, that column was empty for every Canadian lead. |
| 8 August 2026 | One search box for places. The location picker on the new scrape page now searches states, cities and ZIP codes from one box. You no longer need to know which state holds a city before you can find it. |
What does this changelog cover?
The changelog lists changes a customer would notice: new features and filters, credits and pricing, validations, analytics and fixes that show up in the app.
Each date is the day the change was finished. A change appears only when it has a date that can be shown, so anything undated is left out, and so is internal engineering work.
Current prices and rates are on the pricing page, which always shows today's figures. Questions about a change go to support@leadity.io.
