Per lead, business record included. For 1,000 contractors, biggest plan to smallest. A contractor that fails your filters is never charged. Email only is 0.2 + 0.8 = 1 credit. A verified email is 0.2 + 1.3 = 1.5 credits. Email and mobile is 0.2 + 0.8 + 0.8 = 1.8 credits.

We take emails only from a contractor's own site, so a contractor with no website can't be on the list.
A website is not enough on its own. 62.5% of 5,926 business websites checked between 16 and 30 September 2026 publish an email address.

Where do the contractor emails come from?
Every email comes only from the contractor's own website, read the day you order. We never guess an email from a name and a domain.
A person's email comes before a shared one like info@. The email scraper page shows how we find it.
Limits of a contractors email list
A catch-all domain accepts any address, so a yes from one confirms nothing. Those addresses are not delivered on a verified order.
Aggregator pages such as Facebook or Yelp are not counted as a website, so a contractor with only those pages has no email to find.
A contractors email list is best for outreach by email to the business; it is not for consumer marketing.
What should you check before you email contractors?
Commercial email in the US follows the CAN-SPAM Act, and the FTC says it makes no exception for business-to-business email.
Under CAN-SPAM, use honest sender details and subject lines, say where you are located, give a clear way to opt out, and honor opt-outs within 10 business days, per the FTC's guide. This is not legal advice.
