Cookies Statement
Effective: May 10, 2026. This statement explains how Leadity uses cookies and similar technologies on the marketing site (leadity.io) and the dashboard (app.leadity.io).
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Each time you load a page, your browser sends those cookies back so the site can recognise you, remember your preferences, and keep you signed in.
Similar technologies — local storage, IndexedDB, session storage, and pixel tags — work the same way for our purposes and are covered by this statement even when we don't call them "cookies".
2. Who Sets Cookies on Leadity Properties
Most of the cookies on Leadity are first-party — set by us, used only by us. A small number are third-partycookies set by trusted vendors that power specific features (e.g. Stripe's fraud-prevention cookies on the billing page). We don't use ad-network or retargeting cookies.
3. What Cookies We Use

4. How to Control Cookies
When you first visit leadity.io, our cookie banner asks for your consent on Functional and Analytics cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies are set regardless because the site can't function without them — that's permitted under GDPR and ePrivacy.
You can change your choice any time by clearing this site's cookies and reloading — the banner will reappear. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party only, or delete existing cookies. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break the dashboard.
5. Other Tracking Technologies
We use local storagefor ephemeral UI state (e.g. the "show disconnected accounts" toggle on the accounts page) and the auth-token cache for the dashboard. We use session storage for short-lived form recovery on long pages. We do not use fingerprinting or ultrasonic-beacon tracking.
6. Third Parties That May Set Cookies
Pages that integrate with third-party services may inherit cookies set by those services:
- Stripe — billing pages only. Their cookies are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics — marketing site only, after you Accept the cookie banner. Data handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta — the Meta Pixel runs on the marketing site after you Accept the cookie banner, and Meta also sets cookies when you complete the Instagram or Messenger OAuth flow. Both are subject to Meta's Cookie Policy.
7. Updates to This Statement
When we add new cookies (or remove some) we update this page and bump the effective date at the top. If a change adds non-essential tracking, you'll see the consent banner again before any new cookies are set.
