Getting Started
How do I connect my Instagram account?+
Go to your dashboard → Integrations → Instagram, click “Connect”, and authorize Leadity via Instagram's OAuth screen. You'll need a Professional (Business or Creator) account. Personal accounts don't support the DM API.
How long does setup take?+
Most users are fully live within 15 minutes. Connect your platform, write a brief description of your offer, and Leadity's AI is ready. You can refine the agent's responses further in the AI Configuration section.
Can I test the AI before it goes live?+
Yes. Your dashboard includes a Preview Mode where you can send test messages and see exactly how the AI responds, before any real leads interact with it. We recommend running a few test conversations first.
Billing & Plans
How does billing work?+
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (annual saves 40%). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You'll receive an email receipt after each payment. Invoices are also available in your dashboard under Billing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard in 2 clicks — no phone calls, no retention flows. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellations.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
AI & Conversations
What happens when the AI can't answer a question?+
Leadity will flag the conversation and send you an immediate notification. The lead is held in “Needs Review” status in your CRM, so you can jump in and take over manually without the lead ever experiencing a gap.
How do I make the AI sound more like me?+
In the AI Configuration tab, you can provide example messages you've sent in the past, describe your communication style, and set tone preferences (casual / professional / energetic). The more context you give, the better the match.
Does Leadity work for non-English languages?+
Yes. Leadity's AI can converse in any language your leads use. Set your primary language in Settings → AI Agent → Language, or enable auto-detect to match each lead's language automatically.
Privacy & Data
Where is my data stored?+
Data is processed and stored on secure cloud infrastructure in the EU. We follow Moldovan data protection law (Law 133/2011) and align with GDPR principles. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export or delete my data?+
Yes. You can export all lead data as CSV from your dashboard at any time. To request full account deletion and data erasure, email legal@leadity.io — we process all erasure requests within 30 days.
